Duck, pork loin, winter melon, dried mandarin peel
This traditional bone broth is packed with deep, rich flavors brought out by adult duck meat, a delicacy in Chinese cuisine. It’s then paired with a tinge of bitterness emitting from the dried mandarin peel which balances the heavy oils and fats from the meat. Good for flow in the digestive system and hydration to the body.
Microwave for two minutes and enjoy. Add salt if needed. Store in fridge for two days or a week in the freezer.
