Sweet & sour pork with pineapple

Instructions

  1. In a pot, add 500 ml (2 cups) of oil.
  2. Once the oil reaches 350 degrees, add the pork loin to the pot and shallow fry for 2 minutes. Set aside when done.
  3. Heat a pan over high heat and add two teaspoons of oil.
  4. Add pineapple, green and red bell peppers to the pan. Stir fry for 1 minute.
  5. Add two containers of sweet vinegar sauce to the pan until it bubbles.
  6. Turn off pan, add pork loin, and all ingredients toss well.
  7. Plate the dish and serve with rice.
