Pork shank, pear, southern and northern almond, snow fungus
A perfect soup for cold days, illnesses, or even a hangover. This warming, hearty pork broth leveled by the use of pears helps to reduce inflammation, acidity, and thirst -- keeping the body (and skin) hydrated for the long haul.
Microwave for two minutes and enjoy. Add salt if needed. Store in fridge for two days or a week in the freezer.
