Lobster with ginger and scallion

Ingredients: Lobster 2 lbs, ginger, scallion, garlic

Instructions

  1. Heat pan on high heat on the stove and add 4 teaspoons of oil. 
  2. When the pan is hot, add ginger, scallion, and garlic. Stir fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Place the lobster and two sauce packages into the pan. Stir fry for 30 seconds.
  4. Cover the pan and cook for 4 minutes.
  5. Plate lobster and serve with rice.
