Beef in black pepper sauce

Main ingredients: Beef tenderloin 16 oz, green and red bell pepper, onion

Sauce: Oyster sauce, grounded pepper corn, chicken stock, soy sauce, garlic, potato starch

Cooking time: 8-10 minutes

Instructions

  1. Heat pan over high heat. Add 2 teaspoons of oil.
  2. When the pan is hot, add beef tenderloin to pan sear on both sides for 3 minutes. 
  3. After cooking, take beef out of the pan and set aside.
  4. Add 1 teaspoon of oil to the pan and add green and red bell peppers and onions. Stir fry for 1 minute.
  5. Place beef tenderloin back into the pan with two sauce packages. Stir fry for 1 minute.
  6. Serve with rice.
