CHEF RONNY LAM

With more than 25 years of culinary experience, Chef Lam began his career in 1984. He was with Golden Bull Vietnamese Cuisine in Hong Kong before he came to Canada to work at the restaurant's Toronto flagship under the mentorship of Chef Sam Ma.

Chef Lam also worked at several fine Chinese restaurants including Bayview Garden, Dragon Dynasty, and eventually became executive sous chef at King's Garden. He has also honed his culinary skills in the United States and U.K.

Chef Lam, like his mentor Chef Ma, is skilled at all aspects of the Cantonese cuisine.
